  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just called to attempt to find out if they have the books I need for two classes, I was going to stop by after work. I spoke to a very rude boy named Chris, who says he's just customer service and going to transfer me to someone on the floor. Then he got back on the phone and told me that everyone on the floor was busy and told me to to call back in 20 minutes. I was trying to explain to him that I can't just call back in 20 minutes, I couldn't get a word in edgewise and he started yelling at me that I had to call back in 20 minutes! I told him that they will now never have my business and he laughed at me! This was today, August 18th, 2017 at 13:30.

  My experience at the bookstore is the majority of the people are extremely nice and very helpful. I'm taken back by the bad reviews, as customer service is top notch. They do an excellent job capturing all the little items students may need in a pinch. Thanks to COD book store!
