  Wow. WORST customer service EVER. The sound for their speaker to take orders is horrible. So as any reasonable adult would do we pulled up to the window to place our order with a live person. The person at the window said "I don't take orders from the window. Drive back around to the speaker to place your order." He then closed the window on us and walked away. We honked the horn to place our order. We just wanted to eat. The man actually refused to take our order. He actually refused lol We just could not believe it! You are turning away paying customers?? I wonder how they treat people special needs or the hearing impaired? Wow. We ended up at McDonald's just down the street where we were treated with courtesy and respect. Yeah. Never going there again. Stars? -5 for Taco Bell Glen Ellyn, IL. Feb. 8, 2018
