  Mr. Balaz and one of his staff members have provided the worst service that I have experienced in 33 years as a private insurance consumer. Their inconsistent, often conflicting communications & direction and poor follow-up practices have led to significant problems with coverage, time wasted & frustration. Bartosz and his associate have provided substandard service and are reluctant to advocate with Allstate on behalf of the client. Do steer clear of these agencies in Glen Ellyn & Niles, IL as there are plenty of options.
