  Came here for a battery replacement. They tested my old battery for me which was great, but I was surprised that they would not install the new one for me. They did supply tools for me to do It myself. It was difficult to understand the battery warranty policy and get it in printout (printer connection not working so I never got it). They were not so helpful with explaining how the battery replacement proration credit worked either - It was like pulling teeth to get them to explain it to me. They offer a AAA discount, but did not remind me about it. Nothing in particular grating, but not a great experience overall. I'll try another store next time.
